Please note: All registered presenters and attendees will be required to produce proof of vaccination for Covid-19 or a negative Covid-19 test conducted within three days of the start of the conference. Additionally, the conference will require masks for everyone attending the conference sessions. Those who are presenting will be permitted to remove their masks, as the podium will be more than six feet away from the audience.

Please keep in mind that this policy is only in effect for the conference room in which the presentations will be held. The Hilton DoubleTree Resort does not currently require either proof of vaccination or proof of a negative Covid-19 test. And while they suggest that guests wear masks, there is no mask mandate in the hotel at this time.
